This 4-part Soulful experience, held each Wednesday in October, includes gentle, slow flow yoga, meditation, time for reflection/ journaling and warming and nourishing herbal tea.
Autumn is a season of transition and a time for self-nourishment, it invites us to slow down, explore inward and ultimately bring back a sense of balance to the mind and body. This practice will begin with an invitation to ground — settling onto our mats and into our bodies. Followed by gentle movement that will stretch and open up the body while linking breath and movement to relax the mind and calm the nervous system. We will end our yoga practice with a contemplative meditation followed by a deeply relaxing Shavasana— a few moments to just be. Afterwards we’ll have time to reflect on what came up for us during this practice, set intentions for this upcoming season and enjoy warm and nourishing herbal tea.
Come to all 4 sessions or pop in for the ones that work for you. This practice is for anyone who would like space and support to relax, to connect with the mind and body and to just be. Our hope is that you leave feeling softer, more relaxed and connected to Self. All are welcome, no experience necessary.
