Available only after 13 weeks of pregnancy, during second and third trimester. This session is done while side lying, bolstered and supported by pillows for optimal comfort. (It's reallllllly comfortable!) We'll help you take care of those pregnancy aches and pains so you can focus on your GLOW!

A full body session with extra special attention working on the head, neck and face. Includes facial gua sha, acupressure, facial lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy + sound vibration in addition to a full body massage.

This intuitive Somatic therapy session with Sarah draws from a variety of modalities including traditional massage, myofascial release, Tragerwork, Shiatsu, and craniosacral therapy with focus on head, neck, face and upper body. Combining intentional movements and healing touch to engage with the nervous system we aim to let go of what is held deep within the body and the mind. Sessions can include Breathwork and vibrational healing with soundbowls in addition to bodywork. Each session is tailored to your needs in the moment in order to activate your mind/body connection.
This work is effective for clients experiencing physical discomfort or those wanting to alleviate stress/anxiety and feel grounded in their body and connected to their higher self. If you’ve worked with Sarah since 2023, you have already experienced this work to some degree as she has been integrating this work in sessions for over a year.

This full sensory exploration with Sarah uses a potent blend of sound and healing touch as a way to go deeper into self awareness and access the mind/body balance. It gives you the opportunity to sink into the subtle movement within to make space for great change and allow for ease and the ultimate flow in your body and mind. The combination of sound waves and healing touch is very powerful and will leave you feeling like your original you. Hands on massage techniques are used to engage with the nervous system and lengthen the connective tissue to release tension in the body and the mind. Sessions can include Breathwork and energy work in addition to healing touch and sound healing. Each session is tailored to your needs in the moment in order to activate your mind/body connection. This work is effective if you're looking to feel grounded in your body and connected to your higher self.

This 90min private Immersive Soundbath Meditation is a vibrational massage of the senses on a meditative sonic journey. Session includes sound therapy, guided meditation, breathwork, journaling and aromatherapy.

Sauna
Bathing suit is required for all sauna guests. Each sauna session offers exclusive use of sauna, private toilet, cold shower hydrotherapy, and locker with towels + sandals. Sauna lounge + changing areas are communal. Bring water or a bevvie of your choice + a plastic bag for your wet suit.
Cold Plunge is a complimentary add-on for all Private Sauna sessions. Not available for booking as a separate service. Subject to occasional closure for maintenance protocols. Since this is a complimentary add on to sauna, there are no refunds for rare cases of plunge closure.

This is a collective healing, a gathering of like minded people looking to enjoy the sauna together. Perfect for those with an open mind and open heart.

Did you know that regular sauna has been proven to boost overall wellness and lower risk of illness or cardiac events?! Get into the practice of regular sauna bathing: this session offers 30mins to explore the benefits of traditional communal sauna bathing and cold plunge. Expect to be in a shared sauna with up to 4 other people. Available only Tues-Thur 12-1:30pm
