This experience includes Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Tibetan Soundbath, & Hypnosis.
Moving you through the spaciousness of your mind, body, and energy; combining 4 different tools for deep, transformative healing. As you’re guided through this 90 minute journey, you can expect to open with breathwork and then move into passive, gentle, restorative, yoga postures that open the body. During yoga, the Tibetan Bowls will be placed on and around your body, inviting the direct vibration to soothe stress and deepen relaxation. Finally, entering into savasana through a hypnotic trance, introducing you to a more subtle dimension of your being.

  • Please bring journal + pen for reflection and crystals, imagery or talisman you use for inspiration
