We recommend taking SEPTA, riding a bike, walking, or using rideshare as parking is very limited and timed in much of the area. All of N. 2nd Street and Spring Garden Street are now free 3-hour parking from 9am to 9pm and there are almost always spaces before 6pm in those areas. There is also a stretch of N. 3rd Street just north of Spring Garden with 2-hour parking that usually has open spaces. There is also a lot at 2nd and Laurel that is $12 all day on weekdays. Thank you!
