INHALE: A Shamanic Breathwork & Sound Journey w/ Aubrey

INHALE: A Shamanic Breathwork & Sound Journey (formerly Journey Breathwork Ceremony) is a guided journey into the subtle layers of the soul through embodied movement, somatic breathwork and shamanic sound. Experience a conscious-connected Breathwork method that opens the gateway to your subconscious mind, allowing the integration of patterns and past traumas on an energetic level. Shamanic tools such as Palo Santo, feathers, drum, and rattles will be worked with to restore and balance the energy of each individual as well as the collective group. This workshop is an invitation to connect with your breath, your body, and your Spirit in a transformative container through a dance of the soul, and a journey of embodied liberation.

Mats, yoga blankets & cushions are provided, however feel free to bring anything that would enhance your experience or your comfort.

Eye masks are optional but highly recommended.
