The power of focused breath has the potential to deepen the impact of your connection to self and feel the full experience of living in your body. Conscious breathing and thoughtful attention to sounds + vibrations can open us up to understanding ourselves on a deeper level, feeling our bodies in new ways and gaining control over thoughts that run away with us.This evening will be about tapping into deeper breathing and deep listening, expanding our capacity to live more fully with more sensitivity and awareness. This is a power pack of a restorative experience. All are welcome, no experience necessary
