Join us for a deeply transformative experience as we weave sacred practices and rituals to connect with our inner wisdom and the energy of the seasons. In this intimate circle of women, we will foster connection, support each other’s journeys, and align with the rhythms of nature. The ceremony includes:
Cacao & Rose Ceremony: A heart-opening ritual to awaken intuition and deepen connection with ourselves and others.
Guided Journaling & Intention Setting: Reflecting on where we are and where we wish to grow, we’ll set intentional, embodied goals for the season ahead.
Yoga Nidra or Shamanic Breathwork: A guided practice (depending on the season) to invite deep relaxation, healing, and restorative stillness in both body and mind.
Sound Healing: The healing power of sound will be woven throughout the ceremony, using instruments such as singing bowls, drums, and chimes to clear blockages and align our energy.
Ritual: Creating the Collective Altar: In a sacred circle, we will collaboratively create an altar, activating the space with herbs, sacred objects, and incantations to manifest our collective intentions for the season.
Closing the Circle: We’ll seal the energy of the ceremony, grounding ourselves in our intentions and offering gratitude for the wisdom we’ve received.
This work will help us align with nature’s rhythms, reconnect with our intuition, and honor our collective feminine energy. It is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and cultivate community with other women.
