The power of breath! Conscious breathing has the potential to open us up to understanding ourselves on a deeper level, feeling our bodies in new ways and gaining control over thoughts that run away with us. This evening will be about tapping into deeper breathing, training new breath patterns and expanding our capacity to live more fully with bigger breath. After doing the work, we’ll enjoy a guided meditation and soundbath for ultimate relaxation. This is a power pack of a restorative experience.
